My Story

Introducing Jetta!!!

Female DOB: April 6,2024

Jetta and her 3 siblings (Lexi, Mercedes & Levi) were rescued from a backyard colony in Toronto when they were about 4 months old. Having spent the early part of their lives outdoors they are still getting used to humans and can be shy until trust is established. She is still very scared, but each day gets better at accepting human touch and relaxing in her new environment.

Jetta is a short haired black beauty with white spots down her chest and tummy who has brilliant green eyes and a playful and curious nature. She loves to hunt and stash toy prey, climb up high, or find cozy spots for snoozing. She is often found with her cuddle buddy and brother Levi who she finds as a source of amusement by using his tail as a fun plaything. She’s very particular about her environment and would need to join a home with one of her siblings and no other animals. Jetta is content to be in the presence of her people - just not picked up or petted much, preferring her personal space in this regard. She will do well in a home with plenty of toys for play, cozy hideaways, and an owner who is patient and loves her on her terms. Jetta will need to be adopted with one of her siblings or join a home that already has a friendly age-appropriate cat that he can bond with a learn from.
