My Story
Meet Ruby, a gentle and loving soul with a heart full of purrs. At nine years old, Ruby's journey has brought her to our rescue shelter, after her previous owner, who cherished her for many years, could no longer care for her. Despite this change, Ruby's spirit remains warm and affectionate, a testament to her resilience and adaptability.
Ruby's sweet nature shines through from the moment she greets you in the morning with her soft meows and affectionate nudges. She loves to be petted, and her purring is a soothing soundtrack that fills any room with tranquillity. Ruby has an uncanny ability to make you feel loved and appreciated, simply by sitting beside you, offering her quiet companionship, a bond that can fill your home with warmth and love.
Although Ruby is friendly and can live with other cats, she has a strong preference for her own space and appreciates when others respect her boundaries. This independent streak makes her the perfect companion for someone who values a cat that enjoys social interaction on her own terms, a trait that should be respected and admired.
Ruby's age brings with it a calm and steady demeanour, making her an ideal addition to a peaceful home. She's past the playful kitten stage and has settled into a mature, loving routine. Her day typically starts with a gentle wake-up call, followed by some playtime and a hearty meal. She then enjoys lounging in sunny spots, enjoying gentle pets, and being close to her human friends. Her favorite time of the day is cuddle time in the evening, where she loves to snuggle up with her human companion.
